Hopkins County Sheriff Lewis Tatum reports that the county jail has received an excellent 100 rating on the last state inspection. In addition, the jail’s nurse got an exceptionally high rating, and inspectors said they would like to use her protocols, especially dispensing inmate medication, to train other jail staff.
