Bond has been set at $250,000 for a man accused of not shipping more than 100 head of  cattle he was grazing back to their home in West Texas. He had been providing grazing for more than 260 head, and it’s not known what happened to the 100 missing head.  48 year old Lindy Wayne Shipley was arrested by  Texas and Southwest Cattle Ranger Toney Hurley and Hopkins County deputies for theft of livestock valued at more than $150,000 but less than $300,000, which is a 2nd degree felony.
