Hopkins County Man Jailed for Aggravated Assault With Deadly Weapon

Bond has been set at $50,000 for a Hopkins County man charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Deputies were called to a disturbance on CR3310 and found 30 year Michael Anthony Baker sitting in his car with two knives in his possession. Deputies say he was highly intoxicated. Another person told deputies that Baker had made threatening statements while waving one of the knives.
