Bond has been set at a total of $300,000 for a Hopkins County man charged on 3 counts of 2nd Degree Sexual of a Child. 20 year old Joseph Aaron Williams was arrested during a traffic stop by a Hopkins County deputies after an outcry by the alleged victim and an interview of the victim by the NE Texas Child Advocacy Center.
