Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office Deputies worked a disturbance at a West Industrial Drive diner. A Sulphur Springs man, around 59, had barricaded himself in the restroom and was flooding the facility, so they charged him with a Class B misdemeanor criminal mischief as the damages from the flooding were expected to be less than $750.
Sulphur Springs Police worked shots fired call Monday evening at Wildcat Way. Using the SWAT team, they arrested Jeffrey Allan Sherwood on a third-degree felony deadly conduct charge.
