Hopkins County State Of Emergency Declaration

The Hopkins County Commissioners Court has declared a state of emergency because of the damage caused to county roads by the recent heavy rains, high winds, and flooding. Each of the four precincts is allocating $250,000 to go into a fund so work can begin as soon as possible.
