Numerous activities are scheduled in Sulphur Springs in honor of Veterans Day tomorrow: The VFW will host ceremonies at 11 at the flagpole at the post. A free lunch will be served after the ceremonies. Ceremonies will be held at the Veterans Memorial on Celebration at 11am. The featured speaker will be retired Air Force Colonel James Edwin Ray of Brownsboro, a former POW from the Vietnam War. Sulphur Springs High School will honor veterans and their spouses with a reception in the Library at noon and ceremonies at 1pm in the gym. North Hopkins ISD will honor veterans with a free breakfast tomorrow morning at 8:30.
