House Passes Bill Against Tampering With Temporary Tags

State Rep. Cole Hefner of Mt. Pleasant authored a bill that makes tampering with a temporary license plate tag a crime that passed the Texas House of Representatives on Tuesday. The measure must also pass in the Senate, but the Senate still needs to have a companion bill.
