Houston Man Jailed With ” Skimmer Equipment” In Sulphur Springs

Sulphur Springs police arrested a 27 year old Houston man following a traffic stop early Saturday morning. Officers became suspicious of Spall Reyes, and after receiving permission, searched his vehicle. Officers then found equipment that could be used to steal personal identification and credit/debit card numbers from electronic gas pumps. Reyes remains in the Hopkins County jail in lieu of $75,000 bond.
