You don’t have much room to complain about the price of gasoline unless you live in California. According to the American Automobile Association, the Golden State’s average gas prices hit $4.68 per gallon Monday, which set a new record for California for the second day in a row. The price spread for Northeast Texas is from $2.99 to $3.49 a gallon.
