The offense got the job done with quarterback Dak Prescott throwing three touchdowns with one going to Dez Bryant. Running back, Zeke Elliott, totaled over 130 yards, but the defense couldn’t match those efforts, despite coming up with four sacks. Dallas drops to 2-3 on the season and will be off this week.
In the Major League Baseball post-season, the Boston Red Sox fight back with a 10-3 win over the Houston Astros. Despite the win, the ‘Stros lead the American League Division Series two games to one. The New York Yankees win a pitchers duel over Cleveland 1-0, but the Indians lead the series 2-1. The ALDS continues tonight while the NLDS picks back up as well with the Cubs and Nationals tied at one game apiece followed by the Dodgers and Diamondbacks, with L-A holding a 2-0 lead.
And the Dallas Stars are still searching for their first win of the NHL season after falling to St. Louis Saturday night, 4-2. The Stars are back on the ice tomorrow night against Detroit at the American Airline Center.
