Hughes Selected As New Paris Mayor

The Paris City Council has selected District 2 Councilman Reginald Hughes as the new Mayor. Hughes had served as Mayor Pro-Tem under former Mayor Paula Portugal. He’s a retired U.S. Navy Chief Warrant Officer. Hughes has served on the council since 2020.
