Hugo Daycare Operator Opts to Close

A Hugo daycare operated out of a private home has been shut down.  The daycare was raided last week by officers who found  80 grams of marijuana and eight grams of meth in a car on the property along with cash, scales and baggies. The daycare was voluntarily shut down by the owner. DHS will hold a hearing to see if Sandra Harper can keep operating her daycare.
