Hunt County Man Indicted On Multiple Sexual Assault Of A Child Charges

A Hunt County grand jury indicted Dereck Wayne Fuller, Jr., 27, on multiple counts in connection with the reported sexual assault of a child. The allegation resulted in a standoff at a local residence. Fuller received one-count each of sexual assault of a child and trafficking of persons-continuous. That means Fuller committed sexual assault for 30 or more days, on two or more occasions.
