Hunt County Woman Slated For Arraignment

29 year old Chacey Lynn Poynter of Royse City is scheduled to be arraigned for murder tomorrow in the death of her husband, Robert Poynter, a University Park Fire Department Captain. Prosecutors say Poynter and 37 year old Michael Glen Garza of Quinlan worked together in the fatal shooting. A hearing for Garza is slated for January 5.
