A trial has been set for July 10 for a Hunt County woman charged with failure to seek medical help for her son, who had allegedly been severely beaten by her boyfriend. Courtney Renae Rodriguez, 25, pleaded not guilty to injury to a child by omission and is being held in the Hunt County Jail. Her boyfriend, 24-year-old Ricky Lee Trenton Overly, has pleaded not guilty to murder.
