Hwy 19 Repaving Continues Sulphur Springs to the Delta County

Construction on State highway 19 continues this week from Sulphur Springs to the Delta County line. The top one and one quarter inch of existing pavement has been removed and now crews are working to re-surface the highway. The same stretch of roadway was re-surfaced last month but had to be redone. TxDOT says to expect delays as lanes will be temporarily closed. The project is expected to be completed by September 26th
