ICE Hold Placed On East Texas Sexual Assault Suspect

An alleged illegal immigrant living in Longview has been indicted on several counts of sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. Javier Bahena Quintana, 42, is being held on $400,000 bond in the Gregg County Jail on the sexual assault charges, but the bond has been denied on an immigration hold placed by ICE agents.
