Indictment For East Texas Murder

An East Texas judge has set a $250,000 bond for a man facing capital murder charges for a fatal weekend fire in Tyler County. 37-year-old Bruce Lee Chance was arrested without incident in a traffic stop near Woodville. One person was killed in the fire Sunday evening about 50 miles north of Beaumont. Other suspects remain at large.
