Indictment Handed Down In Liberty City Murder

An East Texas man has been indicted in connection with the fatal shooting of a man in Liberty City. Bond was set at $125,000 for 36-year-old Jessie Clifford Brown in the 2015 murder of John Allen Franco. He was being held in the Gregg County Jail.
