Hunt County Jail
A Hunt County man has been formally indicted for murdering a Hopkins County man. Allen Thomas Sample of Campbell is accused of killing 46 year old Tommy Joe Tubb of Dike. Sample is currently being held in a state mental facility and has been ruled incompetent to stand trial at this time. After 6 months he will be reevaluated and could then be prosecuted.
