Indictments Returned Against Accused Dallas Cop Killer

A Dallas County grand jury has returned indictments for the man charged in the shooting death of Dallas Police Officer Rogelio Santander and the wounding of Officer Crystal Almeida and Home Depot loss prevention officer Scott Painter. They charged 30-year-old Armando Juarez with Capital Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault of a Public Servant.  Prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty.
