Inmate’s Capital Murder Trial Underway

Testimony is expected to last at least a week in the capital murder trial of an inmate at Telford Prison Unit at New Boston. Officials accused Billy Joel Tracy, 39, of beating to death 47-year-old correctional officer Timothy Davison. Tracy faces a possible death sentence if he is convicted.
