Intense Heat Spell Continues

Excessive Heat Warnings are expected to continue into next week, with temperatures around 105 and heat index values near 115. Although the latest excessive heat warning runs through tonight, more are expected through next week. The Texas heat is much different than what those from other states may experience, as the heat coupled with humidity creates a dangerous combination.
