Investigation Continues In Upshur County Shooting Incident

Upshur County authorities  are continuing to search for whoever was responsible for firing a barrage of bullets at a deputies house, her patrol car and her personal vehicle. Sheriff Larry Webb says because of the number of rounds fired, he believes the motive was retaliation against the sheriff’s office or possibly against the deputy herself. A child playing a video game was almost shot in the gunfire.
