Investigation Continues Into Fatal Train Vs Pedestrian Accident

Authorities are continuing to investigate after a Northeast Texas man was run over and killed by a freight train while walking on the tracks near the Bowie County Correctional Center. Texarkana Police want to know why 59-year-old Ray Duke was walking on the tracks, and why he didn’t get off when the train’s horn sounded.
