Is Titus Closer To Unity Road System?

Titus County voters possibly could vote for or against a County Road Department on the ballot in November. At least there are more than the required number of signatures on a petition for that to happen. It is an effort for each of the four precincts to operate a Unit Road System. A single engineer would supervise the management of county roads taking the job away from the four commissioners.
