Darius Rucker tells NBC that he hopes to use Virtual Reality to play in a professional sports game. “Probably playing in a big, major sporting event. That would be awesome. Like, playing in the Super Bowl in virtual reality or the NBA Playoffs or something like that. That would be awesome for VR.”

Dan + Shay’s Dan Smyers tells Billboard magazine that he and Shay’s dogs are traveling on tour with them. ”Our single band guys, they sure love having the dogs out on the road [Laughs]. We always say no matter how stressful things get or how homesick you get being away from the house or if you miss a note during the show — whatever stresses you out — getting a kiss from a dog at the end of the night makes all the spirits go right back up. We love bringing them on the road.”

Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard tells Entertainment Tonight that he and his wife are planning to adopt. “I don’t know if that will be the second or third kid. Seeking advice from Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren Akins. We were kinda there in the middle of their situation as well, when they were adopting Willa Gray. It’s definitely an inspiring situation, the love they have for that little girl and that she has for them…it’s just so cool to see the difference you can make in somebody’s life.”

Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard tells Entertainment Tonight that he and his wife have noticed a change in their lives since their child arrived. “We’ve turned into old people. We go to bed really early. Pretty much as soon as she’s out, we’re asleep as well, and then we’re up at seven every single morning. She’s so happy in the morning, so that’s some of our favorite time.”

Chris Lane tells the Go Triad newspaper that he had dreams of playing professional baseball until he tore his meniscus, ripped his rotator cuff and destroyed his ACL while playing in college.
