The Texas Workforce Commission reported Monday that Luminant will lay off 132 Northeast Texas mine workers on Dec. 16. The report shows the company plans to lay off 28 workers at its mine administration building in Rusk County, plus 26 workers from each of its four mines near Beckville, Tatum and Henderson.
