Judge Orders DPS To Turn Over Uvalde Records

A state district judge in Austin on Thursday ordered the Texas Department of Public Safety to begin the process of releasing public records related to law enforcement’s botched response to the Uvalde school massacre. Over a dozen news organizations sued DPS, accusing it of unlawfully withholding the documents associated with the May shooting at Robb Elementary School.
