Jury Deliberating Life Or Death For Convicted Killer

A jury will begin deliberations to decide the fate of a Tyler man convicted of capital murder. Both prosecutors and the defense team finished closing arguments after the lunch break on Tuesday. A jury convicted 28-year-old Dameon Mosley last week for the murder of 62-year-old Billy Stacks, a former Mt Pleasant resident, during a robbery of a gas station in Tyler. Mosely will receive either life without parole or lethal injection.
