Jury Finds Former Tishomingo Teacher Guilty Of Lewd Acts With Student

A former Tishomingo teacher convicted of lewd acts with a student was sentenced Wednesday to six years in prison. Shelly Jo Duncan, now 50, was arrested in 2016 for having an inappropriate relationship with the boy, who was 14 years old at the time. The sentence includes credit for time Duncan has already spent behind bars.
