A jury has been selected in Lamar County for a former Texas Ten Most Wanted Fugitive accused of sexually assaulting two local children. The allegations against 44-year-old Donald Jack Robertson II stem back to 2007 and he was on the lam until his capture in Oregon in 2015. If convicted Robertson faces between 25 and 99 years or life in prison.
