Jury selection is slated to begin Monday in Hunt County District Court for a Quinlan man charged with murder. Michael Glen Garza is charged with murdering University Park Fire Department Captain Robert Poynter. Poynter’s wife, Chacey Lynn Poynter of Royse City is charged with Conspiracy To Commit Murder. Prosecutors say the pair worked together in the fatal shooting.
