Jury Selection Slated For Lamar County Sexual Assault Case

Jury selection is slated to begin this morning in Lamar County in the sexual abuse case of 40-year-old Lonnie O’Neal, of Sumner. O’Neal was indicted in March for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child under the age of 14 and Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact. Testimony in the trial is expected to begin Monday morning.
