Jury Selection To Begin for Commerce Man Accused of Attacking Deputy

Jury selection is scheduled to begin this week for a Commerce man accused of attacking a Hunt County deputy. Quincy Allen Kinchen was indicted for retaliation against a public servant because he alleged assaulted the deputy attempting to arrest him.  Prosecutors want to try Kinchen as a habitual offender because of his extensive criminal history.
