Jury Set In Upshur County For Illegal Immigrant Charged With Intoxication Manslaughter

A jury has been selected in Upshur County to hear the trial of an illegal immigrant charged in connection with the death of one man and the serious injury of another person. Noe Paz-Aguillon is charged with intoxication manslaughter of Charles Gibbs of Overton and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for Carol Gibbs. He had been deported twice, but both times returned to the United States.
