Jury To Be Picked For NE Texas Motorcyclist Charged With Evading

A jury has been selected to hear the trial of a Northeast Texas man charged with Evading Arrest, but who did not show up for his first trial in New Boston. Sixty-one-year-old  Roy Dean Jones is accused of fleeing on his motorcycle from a Texarkana police officer, who suspected him of DWI. Prosecutors say they will seek an enhanced penalty range if he is convicted, because of his criminal history.
