Jury To Decide Punishment For East Texas Nurse

The punishment phase in the trial of a former East Texas nurse convicted of capital murder is underway. A jury found 37-year-old William George Davis of Hallsville guilty of killing four men by injecting air into their arterial systems. However, prosecutors said that Davis killed seven patients and attempted to kill five others in the punishment phase. The jury will decide if Davis gets life without parole or death by lethal injection.
