Jury Trial Waived By Accused Former DA

A former Gregg County DA facing felony drug charges has waived his right to a jury trial.  Visiting Judge Paul Banner will now hear the cocaine possession case against 70 year old Rob Foster. There will be at least one more pre-trial hearing before the trial begins.
