Kenny Rogers Dead At 81

Kenny Rogers, whose musical career spanned jazz, folk, country, and pop, has died at his home in Georgia at the age of 81. He is most remembered for his hits “The Gambler,” “Lady,” “Lucille,” and “Island in the Stream” with Dolly Parton. He began his career with the New Christy Minstrels, then The First Edition before embarking on his legendary solo career.
