A 35-year-old Kilgore man has been arrested in connection with the death of a Liberty City man two years ago. As a result of a lengthy investigation by local investigators, Texas Rangers, and DPS CID, Jessie Clifford Brown was taken into custody at his home for the fatal shooting of 24-year-old John Allen Franco. Brown’s bond was set at $250,000.
