Kilgore Man Jailed In Gregg County

Bond is $37,500 for 31-year-old Clay Garcia, of Gladewater, who Kilgore Police arrested. They charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance and tamper or fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair, and a misdemeanor.
