Kilgore Man Jailed In Hopkins County

A Kilgore man is being held in the Hopkins County jail on bonds totaling more than $195,000.  25 year old Christopher Lynn Frame is accused of theft from the elderly of between $2500 and $10,000, theft of property more than $2500 but less than $30,000, credit or debit card abuse and security off bond.
