Killeen Man Jailed In Hopkins County For Alleged Kidnapping

Hopkins County Deputies stopped a vehicle on I-30 at the 126-mile marker for an obstructed license plate. After further investigation, they found that 44-year-old Odell Fonta Kimmons, of Killeen, was wanted on an outstanding Mississippi warrant for kidnapping an adult. He was transported to the Hopkins County Jail.
