Killer Of Mesquite Man Executed

A Texas death row inmate was executed Tuesday night in Huntsville for the fatal shooting of a man who had only been married for ten days. A court condemned 43-year-old Alvin Braziel, Jr., for the slaying of 27-year-old Douglas White and sexually assaulting his wife on a jogging trail in Mesquite.
