A convicted murderer from Louisiana has been arrested for violating his parole after a manhunt in Henderson County. The manhunt began near Athens when one man was arrested, and 47-year-old Rodney Wayne Baker fled into a wooded area. Baker was captured about an hour later. The other man, 64-year-old Richard Anthony Brown of Athens was charged on outstanding warrants.
