LA Man Killed In Harrison County Crash

One man is dead and another person was injured in a single-vehicle crash in Harrison County. Officers say the vehicle was driven by 32-year-old Charles Rashad Benne, of Haynesville, Louisiana, hydroplaned on I-20, went into a ditch and crashed into a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
