Lamar County, City of Paris Working on Fire Agreement

E-Paris Extra is reporting that Lamar County and the City of Paris are considering a $248,000 inter-local agreement where the city fire department would provide 4 firefighters to assist in battling structure fires in volunteer fire department districts. If the agreement is approved by the county, it will go to the city council.
