They accused him of Failure to Identify as a Fugitive by Giving a False Name, Evading Arrest or Detention, two counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and a Motion to Revoke probation for Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence.
Deputies arrested Cornelius Levar Hilburn in Lamar County for Violation of his Parole. He is in Lamar County Jail without bond.
Andre Eugene Daniels was arrested in Lamar County for Assault on a Peace Officer or Judge, Driving While Intoxicated second offense, Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
